- We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to offer fast, trackable delivery.
International Orders (Canada)
Customers in Canada can choose between Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) at checkout.
Potential Delays and Exclusions
While we strive for prompt shipping, certain circumstances may lead to minor delays. These factors are beyond our control, but will be communicated transparently:
- Carrier Pickup Delays: Unforeseen events, such as local weather disruptions, may cause delays in carrier pickups, adding 1-2 business days to processing time.
- Peak Q4 Demand Season (typically October-December): High order volumes can result in temporary carrier capacity constraints, potentially causing delays of 1-2 business days.
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday Weeks: During these high-traffic periods (the weeks encompassing these events), shipping may take 2-3 business days due to overwhelming demand on carrier networks.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for any claims. Shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout for extra protection.
